Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During peak seasons (holidays, markets, or special launches), processing times may be extended to 4–7 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.
Most orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or Ground Advantage, with typical delivery times of 2–5 business days within the U.S.

Local Pickup (Ferndale, Washington)

Local pickup is available upon request. If you choose this option, you will receive an email with pickup instructions when your order is ready.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Incorrect Address / Returned Packages

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the buyer will need to pay reshipment costs.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days with photos and your order number.
Hayes Street Candle Company is not responsible for packages lost by the carrier after delivery confirmation, but we will do our best to help resolve issues.

At this time, we ship within the United States only.
